We are proud to introduce Mark LaFave, an experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser at AudiologyHQ. He sees patients in Billings, Red Lodge and Miles City, Montana, and in Cody and Sheridan, Wyoming. Mark has been taking care of patients in the hearing care world for over 8 years and has been a hearing aid dispenser for the past 4 years. Before that, he spent more than 20 years in customer service and care roles. He began his hearing care career in Helena and Butte, Montana, before bringing his skills to AudiologyHQ.

Commitment to Better Hearing and Healthy Living

Mark wants to help his patients hear better and live healthier, more connected lives. His two decades of serving people show in every appointment: he listens closely, explains things clearly and takes the time each patient needs. He teaches patients how hearing health connects to overall wellness, including the link between untreated hearing loss and cognitive decline. He also works with each patient to find hearing technology that fits their hearing needs, lifestyle and budget.

Community Involvement and Personal Life

Mark has served communities across Montana and Wyoming, from Billings to Red Lodge and Miles City and on to Cody and Sheridan. He enjoys the lasting relationships he builds with patients and neighbors. He has taken part in AudiologyHQ’s Gift of Hearing program, which helps community members get the hearing care they need.

Outside the office, Mark enjoys the outdoors, hiking and spending time with his family in the beautiful country we call home.
