Fletcher is a detail-driven accounting professional with hands-on experience in accounts payable, financial operations, and office management across government, healthcare, and private industry. Most recently, Fletcher supported the Municipality of Anchorage as an Accounts Payable Specialist, managing daily payment runs, employee reimbursements, and petty cash for all municipal departments.

Previously, Fletcher served as Office Manager at Aurora Counseling and Consultation, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, medical claims, insurance coordination, and business communications while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. Fletcher’s background also includes preparing tax returns as a Tax Specialist with H&R Block and supporting financial audits, payroll benefits, and bond tracking as an Accounting Clerk in San Francisco.
